Set amidst the native wildflowers and historic oak trees, Addison Woods has been a part of our family for decades. It is our wish to share this iconic Texas landscape with you for your next milestone.
Addison Woods is owned by the Woods Family and served as a family residence for over three generations. In the past, the property has been used as a working farm and a feed store; the venue space is designed by the Woods family to capture the property’s history and charm. Built on family values, Addison Woods ensures the hospitality and personal connection any wedding or event needs.
Inspired by timeless and luxury farmhouses and founded on an exceptional client experience, we are perfectly designed for weddings, showers, private parties, business meetings and more. Addison Woods Wedding and Event Venue is unlike anything you can find in the South. The setting is sublime, the scenery is pristine, and all that is missing in this memory is you.

MEET THE TEAM
These are just a couple of the faces behind the scenes at Addison Woods
Kady Woods
Owner
Kady is no stranger to weddings and events; with her husband she ran a successful event staffing and photo booth business, before moving to California for her job in sales. Her roles in sales and customer service have taken her overseas, spending her most recent years working in Paris. Having lived in The Woodlands for 18 years, she has seen the North Houston suburb grow into what is often touted as "One of The Best Cities To Live In America". When not at the venue, Kady spends her free time playing with her two kiddos and dog. Kady knows the community well and is excited to debut a venue located in heart of this beautiful town.
Cody Jaeger
Owner
You may recognize Cody's contagious smile from his time working at The Woodlands Country Club, where he helped manage weddings and special events. Along with his wife, he owned a photo booth and event staffing business in The Woodlands and later went on to sell it before moving to California and France. In his spare time, Cody loves playing and watching sports (go Texans, Rockets, Astros!) with his family. Cody's excited to share Addison Woods with the community and show off the Groom's Cabin which he designed himself.
Carrie Fannin
General Manager
After planning three iterations of her own wedding (pandemic brides, you get it), Carrie is no stranger to all the preparation that goes into your big day. She is our go-to girl for helping our couples cross their T's and dot their I's on all their venue details before their wedding day. Before returning to her hometown of The Woodlands to join the Addison Woods team, Carrie spent 4 years in corporate supply chain. When she's not cheering on our Addison Woods couples, Carrie loves to spend time with her husband, new baby boy and their fur babies.
Ashley Clifford
Sales Director
With 10+ years in the catering and event industry, Ashley knows a thing or two about how to take care of our couples! If you're wanting an All-Inclusive wedding, Ashley is just the girl you're looking for to help you build the wedding of your dreams. Ashley has a young son whom she welcomed with her husband mid-pandemic and loves rescue dogs. Fun fact: she used to coach Crossfit, so we hope you can keep up with her on your tour!
Haley Strickman
Marketing Manager
After planning her own wedding from top to bottom, Haley soon realized that the wedding industry was exactly where she wanted to be. With a background in Sports PR and Marketing, she brought her outgoing personality to our team! You will most likely meet Haley on a tour, as she loves to meet our newest couples and show off our beautiful venue. In her free time, Haley enjoys walking her chocolate lab, Norman, cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners and hosting The Bachelor watch parties with a glass of rosé. If you workout at Orangetheory Fitness, you might run into Coach Haley!
Stella Rose
Professional Greeter
Stella has been a professional tail-wagger for eight years and is great at making people feel welcome, no matter the time or place. When Stella isn't busy greeting guests at Addison Woods, you can usually find her out running around The Woodlands with her parents, swimming wherever she can find water, or eating her favorite treats. She is a crucial asset to our team and it's our honor to put her valuable skills to work at Addison Woods.
The Woods Family
As you'll learn when you tour with us, Addison Woods was named after our late father who grew up on the property. Each of the Woods family members pictured here have once called this place home and feel lucky to share this nostalgic place with you on your most special day.
OUR LOCATION
Addison Woods is just 25 minutes north of Houston and conveniently located within two miles of I-45, Grand Parkway (I-99), and Hardy Toll Road. We are a 15 minute drive from IAH airport, which caters towards your out of town guests. Whether you're coming from Katy, downtown Houston, the Heights, Conroe, Tomball, Spring or are a Woodlands local - our venue is easily accessible for all guests.

You don't have to worry about how your guests will get home at the end of the night or where they will stay. Not only are there are dozens of hotels to choose from within just a few miles of our property - there are also various AirBnB's available for your large groups to choose from. Due to our central location in the heart of The Woodlands, your home or hotel is just an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi ride away.
